    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
    • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  3. Refund Process

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  4. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@gtbpagree.com for further instructions.

  5. Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
